The mixed interprovincial championships took place on Sunday 1st February in Sport Campus Ireland, bringing together Leinster, Ulster, Munster and Connacht for a fast-paced day of competition. In the round games, Leinster and Ulster topped the table after each securing wins over Munster and Connacht, while their own head-to-head clash finished in a hard-fought draw. Munster claimed victory over Connacht in the third place playoff, showing resilience and attacking flair. In the cup final, Leinster produced a clinical performance to defeat Ulster 4–2 and secure overall honours.

Across all fixtures there was a strong display of talent, with several junior players making impressive debuts at this level. Their composure, skill and work rate added real depth to each squad and highlighted the strength of the development pathway within the provinces. The championship not only delivered exciting results on the field but also underlined a promising future for touch in Ireland.

MVP Ivy Lyons delivered an outstanding performance with brilliant defensive reads, shutting down attacking threats and stepping up with crucial tries when the game was on the line. Her all-round impact made her the clear standout on the field. 

The inclusion of emerging junior players was a standout feature of the event. Many adapted quickly to the pace and physical demands of interprovincial touch, contributing key touches, tries, and defensive reads. Coaches and spectators alike noted the positive atmosphere, sportsmanship, and high standard of play. Overall, the championship successfully blended competition and development, setting a strong benchmark for future mixed interprovincial tournaments.
