This month, the Cooke Warriors Touch Rugby Club, together with their counterparts across Cooke RFC, have donated more than a quarter tonne of food items, toiletries and baby products to the South Belfast Foodbank. An incredible feat!

Ireland sent four Seniors teams to the 2024 Touch World Cup in Nottingham, consisting of the Men's 30s, Mixed 30s, Women's 35s and Men's 45s. It was a competitive and enjoyable week for all the teams with plenty of team and personal records made.

The IRFU recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ireland Touch Association (ITA).
The IRFU are encouraging clubs to set up more non-contact forms of rugby to appeal to a wider audience in their community and to encourage lapsed members to return to the game.
